Over the summer the USA was able to defeat its number one enemy Osama Bin Laden. It was the work of highly trained, highly dedicated group of soldiers called the Navy Seals. They are the elite of the elite, going deep into enemy territory to gain victory for their cause!
One of the great things I was able to do this summer was watch TV, but not just any TV, I was able to watch shows that highlighted the training regimen of our elite armed forces. The soldiers who were attempting to join these elite forces had to go through the most grueling tests. Over and over again their bodies were sleep-deprived, overused, under nurished, and just plain abused. After all that, they would have to undergo a mission and get it perfect in order to pass. I was amazed by the amoutn of torture they went through in order to serve their country. The instructors knew what it would take to get the soldiers prepared at the most elite of all levels. Preparing them above and beyond what they would face in combat so that there would be no suprises!
We are training Navy Seals for Jesus!! No sleep deprivation or excessive physical training, but we are rpepared to equip our "soldiers" behind the enemy lines; Christian teens in a public school!
It is my prayer goal to be and to train Navy Seals for Jesus. Soldiers on the front-lines, deep in the enemy’s territory. Join me in praying up these warriors.
